SweetCron is a lifestreaming service which brings your updates from multiple sites and displays them at one place. It is like Friendfeed, but self hosted, more customizable and certainly looks better! ;)
SweetCron has a Wordpress like Admin Panel and the requirements are also same, PHP5 and MYSql5. Same as Friendfeed, you add all your feeds from different services you use like youtube, twitter, flickr, vimeo, digg etc.. The Software package is open source and extensible so developers can add any number of services they like. Apart from these, the user can also add posts and links making it a super lifestream tool!
Although the release was scheduled for June this year, developer Yong Fook has released it now. Not much themes and plugins availble for now, you can edit the theme yourself too. Sweetcron is still in Beta.

I was searching for a tool exactly like this.
I plan to have a personal domain for me soon, and I want to have a LifeStream section there.
