These strange trees have been molded by Mother Nature into species of their own. Shocking, downright weird or seemingly beautiful, the trees amassed in this collection will leave you to ponder on wondrous creations of the Almighty!

Moon Ring. (via beetleginny)
Last night when just getting home I looked up and saw this. The moon had this giant ring around it. It was just really neat looking. That little dot at the seven-ish position within the ring is Jupiter btw.
Wow.

A pig and a chicken were walking by a church where a charity event was taking place. Getting caught up in the atmosphere, the pig suggested to the chicken that they each make an offering. “Great idea!” the chicken replied. “Let’s offer them ham and eggs!” “Not so fast,” said the pig. “For you, that’s a contribution. For me, it’s a total commitment.”
Emus and ostriches became fat, flightless birds after dinosaurs died out and were no longer around to chase them, scientists believe.
An abundance of food and lack of predators following the mass extinction 65 million years saw previously flighted birds put on so much weight that they had to walk instead, according to research by Australian National University.
A molecular dating study revealed that the African ostrich, Australasian emu, South American rhea and New Zealand moa became flightless independently following the disappearance of dinosaurs.

F.lux is a program for your computer that adjusts the screen color temperature according to the time of the day – bright like sunlight during the day, mild and warm during the night.
Due to the similarity between the natural color temperature in your vision and the color temperature on the screen that you may sit in front of for hours, the eyes are not strained. When the eyes are not strained, are instead relaxed, you are more likely to sleep early.
My dad is in Delhi. He had to catch an Amritsar bound train at 1:30pm today. The train was postponed to 7:30pm due to extensive fog. It was later again postponed to 10:30pm.
At 9pm, we are told the train has been canceled. He now stands undecided and should come either by bus or by another train tomorrow.
Fuck the cold. And the trains.
Dad, please come back soon. Miss you /^^\
