The Delhi High Court has fined Microsoft for harassing alleged software pirates by taking them to court in the national capitol, instead of the cities where the crimes had supposedly occurred. According to the ruling, using money as a power tool is not condoned without repercussions.

“Money power” = “financial strength”, but agree with the judge — it’s immoral to have it and choose to abuse it.Respect also to the Indian justice system for not letting Microsoft bribe or bully them into doing it’s dirty business.
Frankly, would have thought that justice COULD be bought with “money power” in India. I am very impressed to learn that this is not true. Go India. #

So this guy, who calls himself “indian” wants to say that he is proud of being an Indian because his government is, as per his understanding, helping the country’s population to pirate intellectual property. Kudos to his understanding. Kudos.
